A red car merges from the left lane into the lane ahead of a silver car, colliding with a dark sedan in front of it, causing the dark sedan to swerve and emit a puff of white smoke. The scene is viewed from a vehicle stopped behind the silver car on a multi-lane city street lined with trees and buildings.
