No luck

Two women cross a street in front of a stopped car; the younger woman walks away while the older woman, carrying a bag, approaches a silver police car, raises her arm, and then stumbles and falls onto the pavement. The scene takes place on a tree-lined urban street during daylight, with other vehicles stopped in traffic.
