Push

A man in a white polo shirt and dark pants stands in a brightly lit indoor space, possibly a gym or arcade, and repeatedly throws punches toward a stationary target or machine, moving his body with each simulated strike. The camera follows his motion as he steps forward and back, throwing punches in a rhythmic, repetitive sequence.
