A woman with curly hair and large earrings, wearing a white t-shirt, reacts with a wide-open mouth and raised hand as a dark liquid erupts from a glass Coca-Cola bottle she is holding, splashing forward and covering the camera lens. The scene takes place indoors, likely in a room with wooden furniture, and the woman's head moves back in reaction to the eruption.
