birdance

A male superb bird-of-paradise, distinguished by its black plumage and bright blue breast shield, performs a courtship display on a forest floor, spreading its wings and tail feathers to form a black dome while a smaller, brown female bird observes closely. The male repeatedly adjusts its posture and position, moving its head and body to showcase its plumage, while the female remains relatively still, watching the display.
