Putin uha-ha

A man in a dark suit and patterned tie is shown in a close-up, seated against a blue background with a red element to the right. He begins with a slight smile, then his expression shifts as he closes his eyes and tilts his head down and to his right, maintaining a subtle smile. He then slowly opens his eyes and lifts his head back to a forward-facing position, his smile fading slightly as he looks down and to his left. The scene is a television news broadcast with on-screen text in Russian.
