Hello Halloween!

A person in a large, bulky, orange inflatable suit rides a small bicycle along a paved path behind a chain-link fence. The rider, whose face is obscured by the suit, pedals forward, causing the oversized suit to balloon and contort as they move from left to right across the frame. A person in a blue shirt walks into the frame from the left and observes the rider as they pass.
