Description: A person's hand repeatedly moves across the frame in front of a dark background illuminated by shifting blue and purple lights, partially obscuring the view of another person's face and upper body. The hand appears to be waving or gesturing in a rhythmic motion, creating a blurred effect against the changing colored lighting.
