Rock bottom on a chair

A man in a blue t-shirt and jeans stands in an office, smiling and holding a long, thin object in his raised right hand while resting his left hand on a black office chair. He repeatedly swings the object downward in a motion resembling a sword slash, then raises it again, maintaining a playful expression throughout the loop.
