Balloon

Two men stand on a dirt hillside with apartment buildings in the background; one man in a black shirt holds and manipulates a pink balloon while the other man in a light-colored shirt watches and gestures. The man in the black shirt repeatedly inflates the balloon, causing it to grow larger, then deflates it, making it shrink back to its original size, while the other man reacts with gestures and expressions. The scene then cuts to a man in a dark uniform sitting at a desk in an office, looking forward with his hands clasped.
