Sergey Lavrov, a man in a suit and glasses, sits at a desk with a microphone and speaks, his mouth moving and head shifting slightly, with a Russian flag behind him. The scene cuts to Barack Obama, a man in a suit and tie, standing before an American flag, looking down and to the side with a serious expression. The video then cuts back to Lavrov, who continues speaking, his expression and posture consistent with delivering a statement. The sequence repeats, showing Lavrov speaking, then Obama, then Lavrov again, with the final shot of Lavrov slightly blurred.
