I'm happy

A person in dark clothing and a hood repeatedly swings a long, flexible object, such as a baton or stick, at a line of uniformed officers in full riot gear standing in formation on a city street. The individual moves back and forth in front of the line, swinging the object with force, while small fires burn on the pavement nearby. The scene takes place outdoors on a paved urban street with a large building in the background.
