A woman in a grey t-shirt and black shorts performs a footwork drill on a red and black agility ladder on a blue indoor court, stepping quickly through the rungs, while a group of people watch from the side. After she completes the drill, a man in a black t-shirt steps into the ladder and begins his own footwork exercise.
