This isn't forever

A man in a white shirt reads a large book while a woman in a dark top stands behind him, placing her hands on his shoulders and neck in a comforting or intimate gesture. The scene shifts to show the man looking down, then reaching out to touch a fluffy object, before returning to the book, while the woman leans in closely, resting her chin on his shoulder, and later lies on a bed looking at him with a pensive expression.
