A man in a dark jacket stands in a dimly lit room, looking out a window, then turns and walks forward. The scene cuts to a man and a woman on a bed, embracing and kissing, before cutting back to the man in the jacket, now looking directly at the camera with a serious expression. The setting is a dark, cluttered room with a shoji screen, a lamp, and a ladder visible.
