Blue electrical tape

A figure in a black balaclava and tactical gear stands against a brick wall, then crosses their arms while looking at the camera, before the scene cuts to a figure in a gas mask and hooded jacket who repeatedly swings a wooden baton at a table with bottles, knocking them over and causing them to shatter. The setting is a dimly lit, cluttered alleyway or storage area with brick walls, wooden fencing, and industrial equipment.
