Remember him

A man in a black shirt and shorts stands in a parking lot with a red car and a white car behind him, then he turns and runs forward, moving out of frame. The scene cuts to a man with a shaved head inside a vehicle, looking intensely at the camera, followed by a shot of two shirtless men on a vehicle in a desert, one holding a weapon and the other raising his arm.
