but why

A young boy in a collared shirt and dark vest sits on a television set with a blue background, a woman's hand resting on his shoulder, as he looks down and then up while speaking; the scene cuts to a woman with blonde hair and glasses speaking, then returns to the boy as he continues to speak, with a lower third graphic in Russian reading "детские вопросы" (children's questions) and a date stamp of 16-10-2011, before cutting to a shot of four women in the audience watching and smiling.
