A man in a white shirt stands in front of a blue car, holding a bicycle wheel and gesturing toward a man in a green jacket who is holding a similar wheel, while another man in a plaid shirt stands near a truck with a trailer. The man in the green jacket repeatedly raises the wheel in the air, then lowers it, as the man in the white shirt watches and gestures, and the man in the plaid shirt moves a wheel from the truck to the ground. The scene takes place in a courtyard next to a building with barred windows and an air conditioning unit.
