A group of people, including children in party hats and a man in a tank top, stand in a room with balloons and party decorations. The scene cuts to a woman in a hospital gown lying in bed, grimacing and then yawning widely, followed by an older couple holding a birthday cake with lit candles, their expressions shifting from smiling to shocked as the candles are blown out.
