A long line of young people stands in front of a building with the sign "НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ МОРСЬКИЙ УНІВЕРСИТЕТ", clapping and raising their hands in unison. The camera tilts upward to show the building's facade, then returns to the group, who continue their synchronized clapping and cheering.
