A man in a striped polo shirt and light-colored pants stands in an office, initially touching his nose, then raises his right hand to make a peace sign while swaying his body and moving his left arm in a rhythmic, dance-like motion. The setting is an office with a bookshelf filled with binders, potted plants, and a Russian flag visible in the background.
