Who the hell are you?

Three people are gathered around a circular casino table with a blue and red felt surface; a man in a dark suit stands and gestures with his right hand while a man in a suit sits and watches, and a woman with blonde hair sits and operates a device on the table. The standing man shifts his weight and moves his hand slightly while the seated man remains still and the woman continues to interact with the device.
