no brakes

A person in a long, light-colored coat stands in the middle of a street, holding a large wooden object, as a black SUV slowly drives past them. The person then steps back onto the sidewalk as the SUV continues forward, and a man in a dark jacket runs from the left side of the road to push the wooden object away from the vehicle. The scene takes place on a city street with snow on the ground and buildings on either side, viewed from inside a car.
