What is Pootis

Three animated soldiers stand side by side, each wearing a red shirt, black vest, and a bandolier of bullets, with the soldier on the left wearing a black hat with a yellow star, the middle soldier wearing yellow-tinted glasses, and the soldier on the right wearing a red bandana; they all maintain a static pose with slight, continuous facial movements, including smiling and laughing, against a background of a dark, industrial-style structure with visible metal beams and a brick wall.
