Turn it up

A man with a shaved head and beard sits in the passenger seat of a moving car, looking forward and then turning his head slightly. The scene cuts to a man in a beanie driving, looking ahead and then turning his head, with a house and street visible through the windshield. The scene cuts again to a hand pressing buttons on a car stereo, changing the display from 10:11 to 11:15. The scene cuts back to the first man, now with his arms raised and head tilted back, as if reacting to something. The setting is inside a car, with views of a residential street outside.
