Ballbeard

Two birds stand side-by-side on a dry, rocky riverbed, their long necks arched back and heads tilted upward in a synchronized, rhythmic motion. The larger bird, with a long neck and dark head, remains mostly still while the smaller, brown bird on its back repeatedly lifts and lowers its head in a bobbing dance-like movement.
