A group of grotesque, decaying zombies in tattered clothing move in a synchronized, dance-like manner through a dimly lit industrial environment with metal structures and pipes. The scene shifts to a close-up of a heavily disfigured zombie with exposed flesh and blood, then to a zombie engulfed in flames, followed by a group of zombies being attacked by a soldier in a dark, smoky corridor, and finally to a zombie in a red, armored suit running down a flooded, industrial hallway.
