A man in a white shirt and jeans performs a series of acrobatic jumps and kicks in a gym, launching himself into the air and landing on a blue mat, while another man sits on a yellow padded bench in the background. The sequence shows the man moving from a high kick to a backflip-like motion, landing on his feet, and then crouching, all within a space featuring large windows, a yellow padded structure, and a blue mat.
