You're in the dance show

A young child in a light-colored outfit stands in water, raising both arms above their head and then bringing their right hand down to their chest in a repeated motion. The scene cuts to a man in a red cap and vest laughing heartily, followed by a wider shot of a stage with three people, where the man in the red cap stands behind a desk with two seated individuals.
