A smack for the cobra

A man in a white shirt and headband stands in a concrete enclosure filled with numerous snakes, holding a blue tarp and bending over as a cobra rises in front of him. The scene then cuts to a man in a white robe standing with his hands behind his back, while a young person in a dark hooded garment sits on the floor with their hands covering their face, flanked by two men in dark clothing. The final scene shows a cartoon baby and a large white dog sitting at a table with ice cream sundaes.
