And I'm a rapier

A man in a dark suit and striped tie stands against a blue and purple backdrop, speaking and smiling as he moves his mouth and head slightly. The scene cuts to a black screen with two animated, ornate swords and the word "рапира" in white text, then to a close-up of three animated sea creatures—a purple blob, a seahorse, and a blue fish—where the fish speaks and the word "дотер" appears in white text.
