Cartoon racism

In a police station decorated for Christmas, a man with red hair stands in the center as several officers in uniform stand around him, holding a tray; the scene cuts to a man in a white shirt standing in a doorway with a large, dark-skinned man with tattoos and a cross necklace, who is being held from behind by the man in the white shirt.
