A person in dark clothing and a headlamp stands on a snow-covered surface at night, repeatedly swinging a long, thin object at the side of a vehicle, causing snow to fly. The scene is illuminated by the headlamp and distant lights, with the person moving back and forth in a rhythmic, forceful motion.
