A bald man in a black t-shirt repeatedly punches his own head with his right fist while standing in front of a door, as another man with dark hair watches from behind him with a surprised expression. The scene takes place indoors, with a blue paper towel dispenser visible to the left and a white door with a black pipe decal in the background.
