nighttime hooligan

A man in a dark, textured sweater dances in place with his arms raised and bent at the elbows, moving his hands in a rhythmic, up-and-down motion. He is in a room with a green wall, illuminated by flashing red, green, and blue lights that create a disco effect, with a shelf holding various objects visible behind him.
