in Louboutins

A person in a dark coat and boots attempts to run across a snow-covered yard, loses their balance, and falls forward into the snow, while another person in a light-colored jacket watches and then leans in toward them. The scene takes place outdoors in a snowy urban environment with buildings and parked cars in the background.
