Two people in winter clothing stand in the snow outside a brightly lit commercial building at night, repeatedly raising their arms and making gestures toward the camera. The scene alternates between close-up views of one person's raised arm and wider shots showing both individuals moving their arms in a rhythmic, dance-like motion.
