A man in a grey shirt and black pants performs a wide-legged, arm-swinging dance move on a dirt path in a residential area, repeating the motion as two older adults walk past him on the sidewalk. The scene is set outdoors on a tree-lined street with apartment buildings and parked cars in the background.
