HOW ARE YOU?

Two children, a boy and a girl, stand side by side in front of a vehicle, possibly a bus, with a metal railing visible behind them. The boy, on the left, makes a series of exaggerated facial expressions, including puckering his lips and widening his eyes, while the girl, on the right, maintains a mostly neutral expression, occasionally smiling slightly.
