the ring

A man in a dark patterned shirt crawls through a low, rectangular opening at the bottom of a wooden door, pushing a dark, square object out onto a concrete step outside, where snow is visible on the ground. He repeatedly pushes the object forward with both hands, then pulls it back through the opening, repeating the motion.
