Junkie

A man in a fur hat and yellow reflective vest stands on a city street at night, speaking to the camera; a lower third identifies him as a traffic police officer from Nizhny Novgorod. The scene cuts to a different man in a light-colored uniform shirt, smiling and speaking to a group of people in a brightly lit, indoor setting.
