Work with your hand!

A man in a light blue long-sleeved shirt stands before a group of young men in a locker room, gesturing emphatically with his right hand while speaking. He moves his hand in a sweeping motion, then brings it down and points, as the young men, seen from behind, wear jerseys with the names "IAGI" and "TSITELI" on the back. The setting is a locker room with a green chalkboard displaying a soccer play diagram and lockers in the background.
