Shirli-Myrli

A bald man in a grey suit and glasses stands beside a man in a military uniform, both looking forward with serious expressions. The scene cuts to a man in a blue sweater pointing emphatically while speaking to a seated audience, then returns to the man in the grey suit walking forward with a group of people behind him.
