Reminds me of someone

A man in a tuxedo stands and presents a star-shaped award to an older man in a tuxedo seated at a banquet table, who accepts it with both hands and then adjusts his jacket while the audience applauds. The scene takes place at a formal dinner event with floral decorations and other guests seated at tables.
