Where are my dreams?

A white doll with a black hat lies on a textured surface, its limbs slightly shifting as a dark, elongated object moves across the frame, passing over and around the doll in a continuous, looping motion. The scene is captured in black and white, likely by a night vision camera, with the background appearing as a blurred, grainy texture.
