A shirtless man performs dumbbell shoulder presses while another man in a yellow shirt stands behind him, spotting. The man lifting the weights strains and shouts as he pushes the dumbbells upward, then lowers them back down in a continuous motion. The scene takes place in a gym with a window and exercise equipment visible in the background.
