Shall we drink?

A man in a light-colored jacket sits in a black leather chair, smiling and then laughing, while a man in a light blue police uniform sits behind a large wooden desk, laughing heartily with his hands clasped. The scene alternates between close-ups of the two men laughing and a wider shot showing them seated opposite each other in an office with a large desk, a statue of Lady Justice, and a portrait on the wall.
