A man in a plank position on a blue mat performs push-ups while two women balance on his back in a stacked human pyramid; the woman on top, in a black leotard, maintains a plank, and the woman in the middle, in a pink and black sports bra, holds a plank on the man's back, with all three moving in unison as the man pushes up and down. The scene takes place in a gym with mirrored walls and exercise equipment in the background.
