A swimmer stands on a starting block at an outdoor pool, then jumps into the water, performing a forward dive with a streamlined body, before the scene resets to the swimmer standing on the block again. The pool has multiple lanes marked with red and pink lane dividers, and other swimmers are visible in the background. The setting is a sunlit outdoor swimming facility with a high wall and a metal fence surrounding the area.
